The Myrmidons have now completed construction on the tier 1 city. Took us longer than most guilds, but we rely on small numbers, not a zerg. The build your wall competition is now over, and here is the tally: 1. Biatta/Meanstreak - 20 walls each 2. Ramao - 13 walls 3. Garven 9 walls I would like to thank everyone for pitching in their money for the guild city. Huge donations from Biatta (28g) and Meanstreak (28g) completed the last 40 walls, and we now move on to tier 2. They tied for first, and they will both be awarded a promotion, a 12 pack of beer (provided by Baren), and a couple titties for their winnings.  The Myrmidons, with the assistance of Science of War, will begin raiding the tier 1 dungeons on Monday. Vistrix is our first target (considering I have the crafted gear needed to handle his 5k crit firebreaths). Its said the other instances are bugged, so we will kill this whore first. I expect the level 70s to hit 80 by Monday! Grind for your uberpurplez. | |

Conan has been defeated!
Ok, maybe not. Here are some updates with the guild:
We have now completed all tier 1 buildings in our city. All that is left are about 30-40ish walls and towers. The "Build your own wall" competition is in full swing.
The Kings Blades is also in full swing, sign-up if interested.
Would like to welcome Abero to AoC and into the guild.

Last night the Myrmidons collected weekly taxes and with a huge donation from Siloom (2 gold) we were able to construct the Blacksmith and Weaponsmith. Monday night we were also able to build the thieves guild. Now approaching the last buildings, we look to build the walls around our Kingdom. Check the member forums for updates.
Whomever builds the most walls will be rewarded handsomely by the guild. What will the prize be? You will know when we find a winner.

In a stunning late night viasco, Ramao and Copag (under no orders) decided to suprise the guild with the City Library. They personally gathered the resources and gold needed, and gave the guild a present. With Donations from Baren, Xylol, Siloom, and yet again Copag we were able to construct the Gate. With the 2 gold in the bank, we also built the Barracks. That comes out to be 3 buildings in one night alone. Who has the might to match the Myrmidons?

Another peice of the puzzle has been completed. 2 buildings in one week, the second being the unaccesible City Temple. Unfortunately we cannot access it, but it looks great. Thanks to all that donated, and here is a screenshot:
We also managed to gather a good 5 man force for 41-60 team arena and had good success.
I would like to welcome our new trial member Rammses to the ranks!

Stretching major hours (3AM to be specific), a few late nighters decided to construct another piece of the city thanks largely to the donation of Hitachi (1g) and others. To be specific Baren, Ramao, and Xylol witnessed the construction!

Thank you to everyone who put the time in to build the city keep. Our top Donaters were Baren with a total of 71 silver and Anezka with 64 silver. Big props to Ramao, who just entered the trial rank, for single-handedly kicking the city building progress into high gear.

The Myrmidons, a week after launch, are making great progress in Age of Conan. We have added 9 new members to the ranks and we have yet to get a handful of the former Myrmidons in the game. With that said, we have now plotted our city and are preparing to build our empire in Purple Lotus Swamp.  I would also like to announce that we are out leveling most guilds in Dagoth. I have reached 45 while Ausrow, Hitachi and Acrius have all reached 40. Most of our members are near or past level 30. Good progress is being made, keep slicing the heads of your enemies. I am looking to construct a city building team within the guild. This team will be incharge of the management of our city building, and will come to me with a list of what they need (money,resources,etc). Welcome to our new members: Archaus, Madshot, Acrius, Kiris, and Siloom. We have 4 others still on trial.
